Our team brings together a unique blend of educational expertise, specialist SEND knowledge, therapeutic practice, and a shared passion for helping every child succeed. While each member of staff has their own area of expertise, we all share the same belief: every child deserves to feel safe, understood, valued, and capable of achieving great things.
Our strategic lead & director, head of provision
Our Strategic Lead & Director and Head of Provision, Melissa Jennings, brings over 16 years of teaching experience across Early Years and Key Stage 1, alongside extensive leadership experience and specialist expertise as a qualified Forest School practitioner. Having successfully developed outdoor learning programmes, led Forest School initiatives, and supported children with a wide range of additional needs, she is passionate about creating an environment where children can thrive through personalised learning, nature-based education, and nurturing relationships.
Director of inclusion
Our Director of Inclusion and SENDCo combines specialist SEND leadership with comprehensive teaching experience. This crucial role ensures that our educational practices are fully inclusive and tailored to meet the diverse needs of every child, fostering an environment where all can achieve their full potential.
