Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our vision. Rooted Learning was founded with one simple belief: every child deserves to feel valued, understood and inspired to succeed, regardless of the challenges they may face.

Throughout my career as a teacher, leader and Forest School practitioner, I have had the privilege of working with children from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. I have seen first-hand the incredible difference that nurturing relationships, personalised support and meaningful learning experiences can make to a child's confidence, wellbeing and future. These experiences inspired me to create Rooted Learning.

Our mission is to provide inclusive, high-quality education that enables children to flourish academically, socially and emotionally. Through our first provision, Oak & Ash Learning Centre, we aim to offer a calm, supportive environment where children feel safe to be themselves, rediscover a love of learning and develop the skills and confidence to thrive.

We believe education should be as individual as the children we teach. By combining evidence-informed teaching, therapeutic approaches and the transformative power of outdoor learning and Forest School, we create opportunities for every child to experience success and reach their full potential.
